please help an Non IT Guy

I'm not an IT guy (in fact i doesnt know anything about programming, i´m trying to make a macro that on a certain page clicks on a certain button, until there everything is fine, it's easy and simple, the problem is when I want the macro to stop if the result of the click is successful, that is, it's a page that assigns appointments to process personal documents, like everything in my country, does not work very well, on that page I must click on a button to enter my payment information, 99% of the time the page does not process the payment and I get an error that says "try later" my idea is to click automatically, and if the page does not say "try later" (means that the click was successful), then the macro stops executing.
so far i have this:

VERSION BUILD=9030808 RECORDER=FX
TAB T=1
enters the website
URL GOTO=https://tramites.saime.gob.ve/index.php?r=inicio/inicio/agilizacion

click on the button
TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:IMAGE FORM=ID:pago-form ATTR=NAME:yt0&&SRC:https://tramites.saime.gob.ve/themes/saime/imagenes/pay.png

check the fail message
TAG POS=4 TYPE=DIV ATTR=TXT:×Estimado<SP>ciudadano,<SP>Temporalmente<SP>no<SP>puede<SP>r*

wait (so i can check in case i need to stop the macro)
WAIT SECONDS=5

start again

can someone help me please?
