Testing Task Scheduled iMacros with 30 day trial?

by Herrie on Fri Feb 24, 2017 3:20 am

I've used iMacros quite a bit in Firefox and now looking to automate a few things at my new job using it :) We'll be requiring the INPUT:FILE functionality which is only available in IE and iMacros browser, so we'll need to buy a license. Which is not a problem, since we'll be saving quite some €€ compared to other solutions offered to us, providing us the same results 8)

We created the macros and they run fine stand-alone and from a batch file as well by calling imacros.exe (but we do need to press the "Continue" button), however when we run a Scheduled Task this seems to take way too long and the imacros.exe doesn't seem to execute anything. So I suspect it's stuck at the dialog with the "Continue"-button in the background.

Is there any way to test this properly before we buy the license?
