Invoke iMacro.Sidebar.exe with batch file.

I am on Win 7 (64 bit) Enterprise version and & using iMacro 11.5 Enterprise version on IE V 11. Here is my test file. When I execute batch file, it opens IE with sidebar but doesn't execute Macro at all. I have tried putting amy test macro to default iMacro path and it still doesn't work.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Ipswitch\iMacros\iMacros.Sidebar.exe" -macro "C:\my_macro_path\test.iim"

My 2nd question is, is there a way to capture Function Keys and handle them in iMacro? I need to press certain function key and be able to handle some more tagging in iMacro.
