Re: How To Run iMacros Javascript Automatically?

Is a browser shortcut through iMacros scripting edition the only viable solution?

As seen here: http://wiki.imacros.net/Browser_Automation#Shortcuts

This one is a real peice of code I'm just testing with... test1.iim and test2.iim are just loading google.com and yahoo.com respectively. imacroLoadPage() function imacroLoadPage() 'initialize Scripting Interface Set iim1 = CreateObject ("iMacros") i = i...

Re: iimInit in the same browser window...

Well, there is no error, it just keeps opening another instance of the browser every time I try to call: i = iim1.iimInit("-ie", FALSE) Here is my entire code (simplified, but still doesn't work!): function imacroLoadPage() 'initialize Scripting Interface Set iim1 = CreateObject ("IMacros") i = iim1...

Loading a page with iMacro 1 Checking page contents with iMacro 2 Proceeding to work on the page with iMacro 3 I can do this w...

Re: iimInit("-ie", false) fails

It does the same when I use iimInit("", false) with the imacros browser.. so maybe there is something I am not doing properly / a setting is wrong somewhere?

Re: iimInit("-ie", false) fails

Yes, that could be the reason! I copied and pasted it directly from http://wiki.imacros.net/iimInit#Examples The code I am using specifically however, looks correct and is: Dim iim1, i Set iim1 = CreateObject ("IMacros") i = iim1.iimInit("-ie", FALSE) And it still opens a second ie window (there is ...

iMacros browser vs IE8???

I am assuming... that you guys (and gals!) at iopus didn't create an entirely new web browser, am I correct? imacros web browser IS the IE8 web browser, without all the bells and whistles, correct? Is there ANY way whatsoever, that a website could determine that I was running the imacros browser and...

iimInit in the same browser window...

So I tried calling: iret = imacros1.iimInit("-ie", FALSE) to load another macro in the same browser window from a vbs script... but apparently, this doesn't work ? How would I go about doing the same from the imacros browser instead then??? I've tried: i = iim1.iimInit(FALSE) and i = iim1.iimInit(""...

Re: Creating Concurrent "New Session's" in IE8+

Thanks again, Hannes! The computer I'm currently at doesn't have iMacros loaded... if it did I would try that out. Just to get things straight here... I could call multiple instances of ie (in private mode..) via some javascripting within firefox, ie or the imacros browser.. as seen here http://wiki...

Creating Concurrent "New Session's" in IE8+

Hello! Here is my pseudo-code for what I am trying to accomplish: 1. Load 3 concurrent IE8 Sessions (see here http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2009/05/06/session-cookies-sessionstorage-and-ie8.aspx for more details on IE8 sessions.) - possibly via a batch file..? 2. Run a macro within each IE8 sessi...
