Re: Can't instantiate JS Player!

I second that. I'm running Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0b4pre) Gecko/20100817 Ubuntu/10.04 (lucid) Minefield/4.0b4pre P.S. I accidentally installed the latest daily build of 3.6.9 and on that the iMacros addon is running my js macros very slowly (it likes to hang very often) and is practicall...

Re: iMacros and Greasemonkey

Yeah, that was quite complex. However, after a while I understood I could achieve the same effect in a much more simple way: by using TAG command and it's highlighting effect :) (The macro is now in daily use in our company.)

iMacros and Greasemonkey

Hello again! The iMacros page advertises that the Firefox addon can be combined with eg Greasemonkey. I can't find any tutorials of this, though. It would be nice to know how I can get them to play along. This is what I'd like to accomplish: Macro reads a table of names on the website, checks if the...

Re: Steps missing

I have encountered the same issue with the Firefox addon. It seems that some steps are skipped randomly. Restarting the macro works, but this should be fixed.

Re: iimPlay() function to run another macro?

vincigla: It seems like you're mixing Javascript and iMacros language. If you want to do do that "if macro1 fails then macro2" etc. use something like this in the .js file: var retcode; retcode = iimPlay("macro1") if (retcode < 0) { retcode = iimPlay("macro2") } if (retcode < 0) { retcode = iimPlay(...

Re: Feature Requests & Bug Fix Requests. ADD YOURS!

I had some TAG XPATH="..." 's in a while loop when I mistakenly set variable i to go to infinite. I couldn't get the loop to stop: Pushing Stop did nothing, pushing Pause just paused it and closing the sidebar worked as long as I didn't open it again. Eventually restarting Firefox stopped the macro....

Re: Using javascript to capitalize first letters

Just to inform others, I got it working after slightly modifying this (though I don't quite understand regexp): str = str.replace(/\b(\w)/g, function (w, p1) { return p1.toUpperCase(); }) (Lowercasing the blacklist entrys and then comparing wasn't possible because I use TAG to search through the bla...

Re: Using javascript to capitalize first letters

Ok, that seems reasonable. It is possible for TAG (I use it for keyword search) to ignore upper/lowercase?

Using javascript to capitalize first letters (SOLVED)

I use imacros Firefox plugin to check if the customers who have ordered something from our e-commerce are on a blacklist or not. Because the customers don't always spell their name right, I use this kind of function to fix their writing so that a blacklist match can be found: function capMe(str) { v...
