Re: Imacros Browser Not responding with VBScript

Ah yes, sorry about that. I wrote that code on-the-fly without testing it.

Re: Imacros Browser Not responding with VBScript

That is good to hear, and proves what I was suspecting. The iMacros sidebar is handled differently when launching the iMacros browser manually vs. via script. When launched manually, the sidebar is 'pinnable': Pinnable Sidebar.png But not so when it is launched with the scripting interface: Static S...

for example say 3 imacros browsers are open
now i start 3 scripts, so how will it know which needs to run in which of the browser
The iMacros scripting interface will connect to the first browser instance it finds that is not already under the control of the scripting interface.

Re: Imacros Browser Not responding with VBScript

What happens if you try the following: Start more than one iMacros browser instance manually. Change your VBScript such that it will attempt to attach to an existing instance of the browser rather than launch a new one, by passing False as the second parameter to iimOpen: iret = iim1.iimOpen ("", Fa...

Re: Authentication issue since FF 38.0.1

It's an internal website so can't make it public (also only accessible from a certain ip), but macro has just ONLOGIN and URL GOTO . Testing it in Current.iim , main thing would be to add it to my javascript macro but still won't login. ONLOGIN USER=****** PASSWORD=****** URL GOTO=https://XXXXXX/XX...

Re: Imacros Browser Not responding with VBScript

Hi Aditya93, Does this game run normally if you have it open in multiple instances of IE at the same time? Keep in mind that session state (browser cache) is shared among multiple instances of the iMacros browser, so this could potentially cause problems. One thing you can try is creating multiple W...

Re: Authentication issue since FF 38.0.1

Hi rstancuna,

Can you post the site where it is not working for you, or post the first few lines of your macro that performs the login (masking your credentials of course)?

Re: Cant start Chrome browser from script

Hi dlowen, Thanks for the feedback! It's actually the "iMacros for Chrome File Access" module which is needed and that cannot be used with the trial version. Only with a licensed copy of iMacros Enterprise edition. The File Access module for Chrome/Firefox works with a Personal, Professional, or Ent...

Re: Imacros For Fire Fox free trial

Hi gabo_mty,

Thank you for trying the freeware version of iMacros!

Progress does not offer an evaluation license for the Personal edition, but rather, we offer a money-back guarantee so that if the software does not perform to your expectations, you may promptly return it for a full refund.

Re: Need Help variable + !now

Just playing the following simple test results in the expected value: SET passing "this is a" PROMPT "{{passing}} {{!NOW:nnss}} test" So the problem must be elsewhere, and if you provide some more information on a) the exact error number you are receiving, b) the version of iMacros you are using and...

Hi dlowen, I'm sorry I'm late to the party on this thread! If you are trialing the iMacros Enterprise edition and would also like to try the iMacros File Access for Chrome (also Firefox), which is required in order to control iMacros for Chrome from the scripting interface, please use this form to r...

Yes, you are correct, I was unaware of this note! I hate when the behavior is not consistent across all versions! I'll have to see if we can get this changed.

Re: URL GOTO=javascript:... not work after Chrome update to 71 version.

Hi ZhenKZ, Thank you for your patience! A number of external factors, namely the acquisition of Ipswitch by Progress, have caused some further delays as our teams transition to the new company. But rest assured that we have not forgotten about releasing this update, and it's looking like things will...

Re: difficulty executing a selection in a drop down menu

Just one minor correction to the following: This one won't be correct: TAG POS=1 TYPE=SELECT ATTR=NAME:cboPlaintiffs CONTENT={{Plaintiff}} ... but this one would be: TAG POS=1 TYPE=SELECT ATTR=NAME:cboPlaintiffs CONTENT=%{{Plaintiff}} ... as the Select (by Value) '%' Symbol needs to be outside the V...
