Re: Feature Requests & Bug Fix Requests. ADD YOURS!

Hello, I have thought of yet another feature request... It would be phenomenal to be able to send keystrokes to the Firefox browser with the iMacros add-on. With this approach, I'm thinking that we can utilize Keyconfig to rebind the keyboard shortcuts of the browser and other Firefox add-ons. Then,...

Re: Feature Requests & Bug Fix Requests. ADD YOURS!

Hey Tom, I really appreciate your response, even though it is bad news. And I'm not going to lie to you, your post killed a small piece of my soul. It shriveled up and died forever. It's never coming back. Of course I'm not trying to make you feel bad or anything, but just know that your words have ...

Re: Include JS Functions Library in JS File

Hello, I think I may have found something helpful for this scenario. Although to be honest, I'm rather intermediate in javascript and this seems to be more of an advanced conversation so it may be of limited use to you guys. Anyway, take a look at the link below if you have a moment... http://stacko...

Re: PlLEASE HELP !!! How To Set Datasource To Add Rows on Lo

Hey guy, I'm not sure if you still need help with this, but if you do, then maybe the following will be useful to you? You seem to have done the first line correctly, so that's cool... VERSION BUILD=8300326 RECORDER=FX SET !DATASOURCE C:\Users\bossross\Downloads\Untitled_Spreadsheet_Sheet1(1).csv SE...

Re: Feature Requests & Bug Fix Requests. ADD YOURS!

Hello, I have been using iMacros for Firefox to interact with different add-ons for the past couple of years, one specifically named AutoFill Forms ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/autofill-forms/ ). Having the two work together is incredibly useful for filling in passwords (as I can...

Re: iMacros extract data to excel document

Hey Kurtvon, I am trader myself (3 month noob), and I certainly feel your pain as I have attempted to do essentially the same thing... I assume you were eventually going to setup a Yahoo watchlist or portfolio to monitor many ETF symbols at the same time in real-time, or something of that nature? If...

Re: Line Feed - CHAR(10) Nightmare in CSV

Hey Tia, I see your posting is a little bit old. In case character 10 is still a problem in your life then... Do you know how to program in Javascript with iMacros? If you do, then I would attempt to fix the problem by changing all of the character 10's in the CSV to some arbitrary value such as ~, ...

So what's your question?

The new command is:

Re: FRAME NAME = FAIL :(

Hello Vitae, I have a lousy solution for you, but it's a temporary fix... 1) Uninstall the recently updated version of iMacros from your firefox (you'll probably want to copy and paste the macros folder somewhere as a backup before doing this) 2) Download and install the second to most recent versio...

Re: Running loops in JavaScript while using the DATASOURCE_L

Hey badran, I'm new at Javascript but I came up with a script that seems to do the trick... It uses a CSV file to search google for the different CSV values. Then it loops through the google results and saves the first 20 links that have the word "Rocky" in them. Check it out, it might help your end...

Javascript: many looping issues

Hello, I've included below a simplified example of what I'm trying to do. Essentially, I'm trying to loop through search terms from a CSV file into Google.com Then I would like to loop through and extract all of the links of the search results on the first page of each search to be saved into a CSV ...

Re: JS If/Else question: inputbox...

Hey Tom, Thank you for responding to my post. I apologize for my delayed response, you caught me in the middle of a 60 hour work week. I have since tried to re-create the scenario I described above and you are right, line breaks do not a result when running an if/then command on extracted results......

JS If/Else question: inputbox...

Hello, I'm trying to look at the content of an inputbox and then run an if/else statement from there. My current approach is to extract the text from the inputbox by using the iimGetLastExtract() command to review the content. If you're not sure what I'm talking about, then please see below, it is a...
