Re: Rewriting About:Config

But I guess your ultimate goal is to be able to download your Files to a few specific Locations. As the 'ONDOWNLOAD' + 'FOLDER' Mechanism is broken at this moment and you can only download Files automatically to the FF Default Directory, you could do so and have a few .BAT Files that will move the ...

Rewriting About:Config

All - So it's been a loooooooong time since I've posted, but throughout this period I've been using iMacros on and off to accomplish various projects (great job guys). However, recently I've run into a situation that I need some specific help for. I know there are lots of ways to solve this problem,...

Re: Useful Javascript commands

So just an update here with more information. I haven't been able to solve the above problem, but other things have come up on that project so it's not a big deal. On the project that's superseded this one however, I have come across the same situation, but I've noticed something that I missed befor...

Re: Ajaxpage stops my code and i find no solution.

Linola - It may be that the TAB OPEN command is what's causing the ajax to stop. The site is being slow on me right now (so it won't get to the Click<SP>to<SP>Process command) but I would suggest the following code. TAB T=1 TAB CLOSEALLOTHERS TAB OPEN TAB T=2 URL GOTO=http://host-tracker.com TAG POS...

Re: Ajaxpage stops my code and i find no solution.

Linola - Maybe I'm missing something; are you looking to extract the data from the table that the site loads, or just trigger the sites process? TAB T=1 URL GOTO=http://host-tracker.com TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:TEXT FORM=NAME:fast_check ATTR=ID:url CONTENT=http://www.storygroup.net TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:...

Re: Useful Javascript commands

Tom - Thanks for the response. I'd previously tried to extract using EXTRACT=HREF but hadn't been able to get anywhere. The site I'm attempting to automate is proprietary, so I can't like up directly, but here's a snippet of the HTML. <frameset framespacing="0" border="0" frameborder="0" rows="73,*"...

Useful Javascript commands

Hello All - Knowing that this community has a treasure of greater programming knowledge than I currently posses, I'm hoping I could get helps on a hurdle I have to get past to bring my current scripts up to where I want them. They're not critical things, but the value and ease that they add would ce...

Re: Synergy and Imacros

Matt - I am aware of this - but there are a number of different situations where it's either impossible or more difficult to use the imacros browser when compared to the firefox plugin, and I can think of a couple places where you need the browser available but don't want it (long debugging scripts ...

Synergy and Imacros

Hello All - I've used this product for a bit now (just about a year) and it's well exceeded my expectations in it's versatility and usefulness. I haven't (yet) come to a task I couldn't find a work around for (between all the different versions/platforms) and I have been quite pleased. In the course...

Re: Expansion of new 'How To'

How does that affect performance when compared to just storing the script in the macro itself?

I'm not a huge nerd (just a little) and don't understand much as to the actual nuts and bolts of process usage, but it would be interesting to see what processing power usage there would be between the two.

Re: Maximum numer of iMacros that can be run simultaneously

Arunck30 - AFAIK there is no official limited; Alert Fox is said to run hundreds (if not thousands) of browsers at the same time. For my self, with some pretty java heavy sites that I run scripts for, I can typically only manage 7 or 8 if the windows are displayed, 10-11 if they're hidden in the tas...
