Re: How to stop js script execution?

iMacros for Firefox 8.9.7 (version build=8970419) Portable Firefox 47.0.1 Windows 10 Pro 64bit I need to run iMacros script every minute, I use this simple js script to accomplish that: function run() { var t0 = window.performance.now(); var ret = iimPlay ("run tests"); var t1 = window.performance....

Re: Help ;)!

@chivracq, now I clearly understand your CIM paranoia =)))) If OP initially specified it, i guess that the first advice would be to try to downgrade to iMacros 8.9.7 and problem would be solved.

@gschmack, please rename your thread to be more meaningful for other users.

Re: Managing iMacros remotely with GetBot Control Panel

Some changes were made yesterday: - GetBot Client extension was updated to send title of each tab opened in browser (extension should update itself automatically or you can do it manually by checking for updates). - GetBot panel now shows title and URL of the tabs opened in browser. - The Macros Lis...

Re: Help ;)!

Uninstall iMacros v9.0.3 which is buggy and install the previous version - v8.9.7. After installation disable autoupdate of iMacros so that it won't update to the latest version again. Please search the forum for instructions of how to do it.

Re: Making synchronous query to Google Sheet

There is no XmlHttpRequest constructor in iMacros sandboxed environment so you are getting this error. You must create an instance of it through XPCOM like this:

Code: Select all

var GoogleQuery = Components.classes['@mozilla.org/xmlextras/xmlhttprequest;1'].createInstance(Components.interfaces.nsIXMLHttpRequest);

How do you run your code? Can you make a screenshot of a window where you get this error?

Re: Help ;)!

Man, I've checked it and could not get the error you mention. There is nothing in the code I send you that can produce the "TypeError: s is undefined (Error code: -1001)" error. Please check you code one more time. Paste it in empty file and run.

Re: Help ;)!

First replace iimPlay with iimPlayCode so that you won't need to prepend your macro with the 'CODE:' statement as @hackenggr suggested. With regards to var 1, then var 1, 2, then var 1, 2, 3 etc. You need to clear the `command` variable after each iimPlayCode call. Here is your final script that sho...

Re: STOP/ABORT/BREAK

Unforunately, the author of this thread did not specify the type of script he is eager to stop (.js or .iim). With regards to iim script, cobra's answer is correct. But how would one stop the .js script? Consider the following .js script: iimPlayCode("WAIT SECONDS=10"); iimPlayCode("URL GOTO=http://...

Re: Cannot get random timer to work.

I assumed that the script would rerun the randomize statement every time it ran across a "wait seconds={{randomNumber}}" statement but it's not is it? Nope. The randomNumber variable is set only once and then script uses it with the initialized value. I am going to have to insert it before every si...

Re: Cannot get random timer to work.

How can it be? =))

Here is the macro I used to test the proposed code:

Code: Select all

VERSION BUILD=8961227 RECORDER=FX
TAB T=1
SET randomNumber EVAL("var min=1,max=100;Math.floor(Math.random() * (max - min + 1) + min);")
PROMPT randomNumber:<SP>{{randomNumber}}
Could you please run it?
