Re: Reading from and Extracting to CSV in FF

My version of excel is Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.13929.20222) 64-bit. I'm confused about the FCI you keep saying I need to fix, recently my iMacros auto updated (which didn't really make sense at the time based on the release notes page it took me to). I just checked one of my older macros and the ver...

Re: Reading from and Extracting to CSV in FF

Yes I follow, so this works - VERSION BUILD=10101485 SET !DATASOURCE C:\Users\forms\Desktop\extracttest.csv SET !LOOP 1 SET !DATASOURCE_LINE {{!LOOP}} SET !TIMEOUT_STEP 10 URL GOTO=https://heraldpg.myprintdesk.net/DSF/Admin/MD/base.aspx#/products TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:TEXT FORM=ID:aspnetForm ATTR=ID:...

Re: Reading from and Extracting to CSV in FF

Hey chivracq, I appreciate the help, sorry for the late reply. For the record, I wasn't getting "ADD !EXTRACT" to work but it turns out it is currently unsupported in FF, "SET !EXTRACTADD" still works though. iMacros Wiki link And actually, after reading into into it on the wiki I don't think I'm us...

Reading from and Extracting to CSV in FF

VERSION BUILD=10101485 Win10 FF 88.0 (64-bit) Good morning! I've got a huge project I'm working on with the sales site I run, the first part of it is simple, I'm searching and plugging in data from a CSV, the part I'm having trouble with is extracting data in product pages to the CSV. All the exampl...

I suspected that, the js' invocation may have muddled it.

Re: Help with tagging XPATH

Tried that first one and it worked. Hmp, felt like I'd tried that or at least similar before without success. Thanks chivracq

Help with tagging XPATH

VERSION BUILD=10021450 PE Win10 FF 79.0 (64-bit) Hi, a drop down isn't working for me after recording a macro, so I've been wrestling with tagging by XPATH, recording with CSS selectors enabled also couldn't make the dropdown work. I'm not quite sure if I am doing it correctly, here is the line I ma...

Re: Search result tagging

Perhaps it doesn't work, unfortunately in the wiki it only says weather or not URL GOTO works in FF, not Javascript with it specifically, I will try to use EVENT mode in CR.

Re: Search result tagging

Yep, for one Keystroke you can use the following Syntax: - How to simulate a keypress using Javascript ... You'll probably need the Syntax from the 2nd Post in the Thread, with your Search Input Field identified with 'getElementById()' of some similar JS Command... TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:TEXT FORM=ID...

Re: Search result tagging

But what I think is rather happening, is that your Site is now using some "Search-on-the-fly"/"Dynamically Populated" DDLB for which the 'TAG' Mode is sometimes "too fast", as the Search Func on the Page expects the User to type 1 Char at the time..., but also, and more often actually, the 'SPAN' E...

Re: Search result tagging

Hey chivrac! Thanks for the reply, I feel dumb, I believe the quotations around the {{!COL}} are working. edit: Wait wait wait, sorry I just realized thats what the second half of your comment was about, let me see. But what seems to be my last problem is persisting, there isn't really an actual "se...

Search result tagging

VERSION BUILD=10021450 PE Firefox 77.0.1 (64-bit) Windows 10 Hi, so here is the problem. The service we use as our e-commerce site recently updated the site to HTML 5 from a shottily thrown together hybrid of html, javascript libraries, and java applets, iMacros hated it but it worked. Well with thi...

Recorder showing address in Script

VERSION BUILD=10021450 PE FF 74.0 (64-bit) Win 10 The recorder recently started putting parts of the web address in the script and it's causing problems with macros reading from CSV files (because the address is different each time), how might I stop it from doing that? I've messed around a bit and ...

Tag a position with varying names

64bit Windows 10 Firefox version 72.0.1 (64-bit) iMacros 10021450 Personal E. I don't know if the Subject makes any sense at all. But what I'm trying to do is open a link that is a result of search, it may make more sense with the script: TAB T=1 URL GOTO=https://heraldpg.myprintdesk.net/DSF/Admin/M...
