Re: Auto Image click

yes, that's possible, but not in iMacros directly. iMacros is designed to "extract" things like image URL and to "click" links etc. In order to "check/compare" the things extracted by iMacros and to invoke actions based on the results of that comparison you need to create a script (in javascript) th...

Re: iMacros control other extensions (Check4Change)

with iMacros you can setup your own C4C. just record a macro that extracts the text part you need and compare in a javascript if that text has changed. that, however, would require to manually adjust the text you wanna check. i.e. you'd need to adjust the text every time before starting the macro. o...

Re: Moving a Prompt Input Box or Scrolling Help Please!

This trick works only if the page has some space to scroll down or up. You may need to make the window height smaller to achieve that. Then you just need to record a macro command clicking on some text 1 or 2 paragraphs above or below. (text that doesn't change every time you visit the page) Then yo...

Re: Large iMacros Scripts Cause Firefox Slowdown/Errors

my places.sqlite file is currently 23.3 MB (because I save history for a long period) and I have no problems with that. Of course you can't expect FIrefox to be as lightning fast as it is with an empty history file and it does take a minute or so to start up with such a huge history file. But once F...

Re: State/Province issue on Form Filling

there was a delay when it couldn't find an item to fill in the form. This delay was actually helpful sometimes. That delay is(should be) automatically 1/10 of the timeout. So, if you go to the imacros options and set the timeout to 120 then it should give you 12 seconds delay before hitting you wit...

Re: iMacros is still BROKEN! (Gmail issue)

p.s. By "happens regularly" I mean: It doesn't happen every script run. But you can safely bet 100 bucks that it WILL happen at least 2 or 3 times out of 10. That is: If the script run 7 times consecutively without a break, then you can bet your next lunch that it WILL BREAK in the next run or in th...

Re: iMacros is still BROKEN!

I think I can only debug the issue you see if you send me a complete test macro (wihout passwords, as I can use my own account). Man! Are you serious? I posted above - for the second time in this forum - the exact script+imacro that doesn't work and you're asking again for the code?? Just look 4 or...

Re: RuntimeError

Version 6.0.4.1 works flawlessly. I just installed it. All recording and play back functions as it did before. The problem definitely started with 6.0.5.3. Thanks a LOT for that info! I'll try this version out! By the way, if you want to continue "playing" with new iMacros BETAS you can use Firefox...

Re: iMacros is still BROKEN!

Webstar, the Google AJAX interface is a bit tricky to automate. I recommend that you use the basic html interface of GMAIL: http://forum.imacros.net/viewtopic.php?t=2542 I ONLY use Google in a JavaScript-OFF-Mode (=basic html). With the basic html is nothing tricky. It's "basic html". But about the...

In this thread here: http://forum.imacros.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=5114&start=30 I already told you how to recreate some of the issues. But I didn't get any reaction from you. To recreate the issues you just need to test outside of your own site . Sign up for a Google/Yahoo/MSN or whatever account a...

Re: iMacros is still BROKEN!

I'm already putting a lot of stuff like this:

Code: Select all

WAIT SECONDS=0.5
everywhere...
And still it simply jumps to tab 3 instead of tab 2!!!
