Re: Dynamic Frame Tracking

Hi, That works. Great. Thanks. While waiting I tried a different approach. A JS loop that calls macro. However, I get an undefined on the prompt "framenumber" Any ideas why? Is it not passing thru to macro or is the loop not working? Pre loop macro: VERSION BUILD=11.0.246.4051 SET !ERRORIGNORE YES S...

Dynamic Frame Tracking

Configuration: Surface Pro 2, Win 10, Firefox 53, iMacros Standard Edition (x86) Version 11.0.246.4051 Hi, I extract data from a web page and in the last few months the frame number (no frame names that refer to table) seems to vary from numbers 14-18 every few days/weeks. My work around now is to m...

Re: Using regex in EVAL

Hi chivracq, It works great. Thanks for all your effort and hanging in in there. Really appreciate you taking the time to walk me through the different solutions. Another question if I may. Why did you choose to use split or replace rather than a regex expression? As on the surface regex could accom...

Re: Using regex in EVAL

Hi chivracq, My bad...I shot myself in the foot and led you down the wrong path as I overlooked that both number fields had separating commas ie: 2,052 sqft and 1,220. Your Compare returns PROBLEM. Sorry. So when I did this to strip out commas: SET Subject_gla EVAL("var c7='{{!COL7}}'; var z=c7.spli...

Re: Using regex in EVAL

Hi, Had some problems. COL7 = "2052 sqft" The split: SET Subject_gla EVAL("var c7='{{!COL7}}'; var z=c7.split(' '); z[0];") PROMPT _{{Subject_gla}}_ returned "_2052_" ?? The replace: SET Subject_gla EVAL("var c7='{{!COL7}}'; var z=c7.replace(' sqft',''); z;") PROMPT _{{!COL7}}_ returns "_2052 sqft_"...

Using regex in EVAL

Configuration: Surface Pro 2, Win 10, Firefox 53, iMacros Standard Edition (x86) Version 11.0.246.4051 Hello, I have a field that has a mixture of numbers and characters and I want to strip out non-numerics so I can compare with another numeric field. In example below I need to extract "2152" in ord...

Re: Loop through extraction using field name versus POS?

Only wanted to see if there was a way to handle what seemed on surface as repetitive steps.

Loop through extraction using field name versus POS?

Configuration: Surface Pro 2, Win 10, Firefox 47.0.1, iMacros Standard Edition (x86) Version 11.0.246.4051 Hi, I am looking for a way to reduce the amount of statements when extracting data. It would be ideal if I could get it down to 2 statements for the lot...since this is a small section of a lar...

Re: Extract portion of data

Interesting..My ignorance of Setting extract to NULL forced me to that massage the data with the convoluted code... Made some changes and here is what works: VERSION BUILD=11.0.246.4051 SET !ERRORIGNORE YES TAB T=1 TAB CLOSEALLOTHERS SET !DATASOURCE C:\Users\Public\Documents\iMacros\datasources\Fred...

Re: Extract portion of data

Hi, Followed your suggestions and it woks. BTW is there a more elegant way to append data to extract file before creating csv then what I did in lines 14-18?? VERSION BUILD=11.0.246.4051 SET !ERRORIGNORE YES TAB T=1 TAB CLOSEALLOTHERS SET !DATASOURCE C:\Users\Public\Documents\iMacros\datasources\Fre...

Re: FILEDELETE overwrite stopped (?) working

Well there you have it..
Didn't want to mess with what worked. So I went back to V8.9.7.
I will be finishing up the other issue tomorrow and close out that post.
As it turns out it was affected by the absolute path issue as well.
Thanks for clearing this up.
