Re: How to use event in javascript?

Yes, it is possible. Save it to something.js and hit play: var macro; macro = "CODE:"; macro += "SET !ERRORIGNORE YES\n"; macro += "URL GOTO=google.com\n"; macro += "WAIT SECONDS=2\n"; macro += "EVENTS TYPE=KEYPRESS SELECTOR=\"#lst-ib\" CHARS=\"make money online\"\n"; macro += "WAIT SECONDS=2\n"; ii...

Re: Need Help with Tumblr Reblog Script

iMacro fail to record properly since Tumblr has become more smarter and aware about tools like iMacro and hence they have used an advanced wysiwyg editor called 'ACE Editor' at their website. If you are re-blogging, you must be inserting some text at comment section or perhaps you are scheduling the...

Re: How to post a code html ?

Tumblr doesn't use simple html tags for acquiring data from user, it uses one of the advanced editor called 'ACE Editor'. iMacro fail to record anything since ACE doesn't take input in normal way, it has TEXTAREA however data goes through a huge code before getting inserted. If you post it manually,...

Re: iMacros DATASOURCE reading error on FireFox

Newer version of Firefox has this issue; try to work with previous version for now, (v27) is working fine for me.

Lets wait for iMacro developers to check and fix the issue.

Agree with @chivracq,

Without brief, it would be difficult to resolve your issue. Apart from your current issue, there are multiple places where you can resolve same/similar issues through java scripting. Provide more details..

Re: Feature Requests & Bug Fix Requests. ADD YOURS!

While trying my previous scripts, I found that recent update of Firefox (v28) doesn’t support ‘!Datasource xx’ instruction and few more, I tried it on multiple PCs however same problem. I tried same scripts on v27, they are working perfect.

Can anyone check and reconfirm this annoying error.

Re: Extracting Certain Text

Here is the solution: var a = "0|1385073|1174|0|0|ninfrfu cklutyl"; var b = a.match(/.+\|(.+\s.+)/i); b[1]; b = "ninfrfu cklutyl"; You can code it in iMacro using Eval() function: Set !Var1 Eval("var a = '0|1385073|1174|0|0|ninfrfu cklutyl'; var b = a.match(/.+\|(.+\s.+)/i); b[1];") Prompt {{!Var1}}

Re: Extracting Errors to a .csv then Continuing Loop

It doesn't have anything to do with Free/Paid versions; Freeware plugin for Firefox/Chrome are equip enough for such problems. Try something like: Set !Var1 Eval("var x = '{{!extract}}'; if (x == 'somevalue') { var filename='somename'} else {filename = 'othername'}; x;") SaveAs Type=Extract Folder=*...

Re: Place If statement using Eval in imacro Script

You can't use "prompt {{loop]" in EVAL & in case get away with it, your next condition would require another eval and will keep going based on your solution.

Better solution, use Java Scripting along with iMacro.

Google place results (URLS) in CITE tag, loop through all results and acquire data.

My advise:

DO it with java scripting + iMacro. EVAL won't work all the time..

Add alert with your code to avoid this problem:

Set !ReplaySpeed Medium
ONDIALOG POS=1 BUTTON=OK CONTENT=
Url Goto=Javascript:...coding...,alert ('something');
Set !ReplaySpeed Fast
