Re: Need javascript assistance, macro should not stop on err

Unfortunately that wont work well as I check 150+ separate pages. If it was 10 or so then yeah but I often work work with a site that has a page for almost every single country. Here's my next attept var i, URL; i = iimPlay("Wake up",60); if (i < 0) { URL=iimGetLastExtract(); iimSet("ExportStr", URL...

Re: Need javascript assistance, macro should not stop on err

Out of curiosity, will any version of iMacros, free or pay, be able to do what I need?
Or will they all stop on error, or if I set errorignore to yes fail to write to file?

Re: Need javascript assistance, macro should not stop on err

Thanks, that does work, but only if I use ERRORIGNORE NO in the first macro. ERRORIGNORE YES prevents error code -921 to be passed back to the javascript during play and thus no URL is captured and written to file. But with ERRORIGNORE NO of course the macro stops as soon an there is an error. So it...

Re: Need javascript assistance, macro should not stop on err

Thanks, that CODE bit really helps, I see now that I can catch the URL and have the macro continue with ERRORIGNORE. Just one piece left of the puzzle, how do I save s/URLCURRENT into a file? Inside a macro I can use SAVEAS TYPE=EXTRACT FOLDER=C:\ FILE=FailedLinks.txt but when I try to use another C...

Re: Stop iMacros from stopping when elements not exist?

Thanks, yeah that is what I thought would be the best course of action. I wanted to keep it as simple as possible but understand there must be a limit to what the free plugin can do. For now I've just added a screenshot so I can quickly browse the screengrabs after test has run and see which ones ar...

Re: Stop iMacros from stopping when elements not exist?

Sorry if this is hi-jacking the thread, if so please move to own thread. I use the FF plugin and want to use it to verify that all various country pages on a site is up and running. We're talking 100+ URLs to run through. This because sometimes a page will load blank. Each URL will look like http://...

Re: Testing bigbluebutton flash meeting

Thanks Tom. It seems to do this for any website so I'll show you the steps. 1. Open IE8 and open sidebar for iMacro7 plugin. Don't start recording anything yet. 2. Browse to http://www.iopus.com/ 3. Click the Record tab in sidebar to get it to front. 4. Press Click mode (Auto by default). 5. Select ...

Re: Testing bigbluebutton flash meeting

Thanks for that, I've downloaded the program from the link iMacro 7. However I have a question and did a bit of searching but couldn't find any topics related. Maybe you can point me in the right direction? 1. Initial DS freeze. I start iMacro7 and go to a website I want to test. I change clickmode ...

Testing bigbluebutton flash meeting

Hi we're about to look into getting BBB web meeting/presentation application set up at the company and I am looking into testing it. However, with the iMacro plugin for FF 7.0.3.0 or the iOpus Internet Browser 4.30 I can't seem to get it to work. My clicks inside BBB demo doesn't get captured by eit...

Re: Performance_ log file

I just registered today for this issue also. After updating to latest version of iMacro (for Firefox) I get the performance_Testrun.csv in my Downloads folder. My macro: VERSION BUILD=7000908 RECORDER=FX TAB T=1 CLEAR script here But instead of creating the csv file at the start of the run, like whe...
