This looks like an installation issue. Maybe the older Version 3 was not removed completely. Please try the following:

1. Uninstall V4.31
2. REBOOT
3. Reinstall V4.31

Please let me know if the suggested solutions works for you.

Automatically backup PHPBB forum

Of course, we use Internet Macros to automate the backup of this forum :D The following macro runs on our server via task scheduler once day. VERSION BUILD=4310722 TAB T=1 TAB CLOSEALLOTHERS URL GOTO=http://forum.iopus.com/ 'Size command is optional, since no X/Y commands are used SIZE X=800 Y=600 '...

We tested this further and the problem appears "only" with the CLICK command. So if you use the TAG command or the WINCLICK command to fill in the link, everything works fine.

There are (at least) two solutions: 1. Quick workaround: Set back the system time one day  2. Use a script to calculate the day, see http://www.iopus.com/iim/help/faq_calculations.htm for details. Basically what you do is to calculate the day in a (VBS) script and then use iimSet ("-var_mydate...

The normal recording has indeed a problem on this page. Solution: Switch to X/Y clickmode for this part of the page. Then everythings well: VERSION BUILD=4160811 TAB T=1 TAB CLOSEALLOTHERS URL GOTO=http://hotjobs.yahoo.com/jobseeker/jobsearch/search_results.html?keywords_all=&Search=Find+a+Job SIZE ...

Move or delete the demo macros in the c:\program files\Internet Macros\macro directory. Be careful not to delete your macros as well!

We collected links to some good (and free) VBS tutorials at http://www.iopus.com/guides/wsh.htm As far as books are concerned, I personally recommend "Windows Scripting Secrets" by Tobias Weltner. It contains tons of useful source code. When learing VBS, I highly recommend that you install and use a...

Your approach works just fine: You can replace ANY part of the macro with a variabe - except the commands itself: For example, this works: URL GOTO={{myUrl}} TAG POS=1 TYPE=TD ATTR=TXT:Soccer<SP>Fixtures TAG POS=1 TYPE=TD ATTR=TXT:{{finDate}}* TAG POS={{myPos}} TYPE={{myType}} ATTR=TXT:{{finDate}}* ...

Automate Google Searches - VB6 example

To start this forum, here is a link to VB6 example that demonstrates how to automate a Google search: 1. Read first keyword from file 2. Search for keyword 3. Click next button (if more than 10 results) 4. Read next keyword (and so on...) This example roughly related to the following FAQ: http://www...
