Re: Simple Extraction Question. Back to Basics for me!

I think what you are searching for is here : http://wiki.imacros.net/iimGetLastExtract%28%29 iimGetLastExtract is depreciated. if you look at the page you directed me to the very first line is Name change: Please use iimGetExtract instead. See API enhancements for details. For example, to extract t...

Re: iMacros JS Demos fail to run

They are not hosted locally on my machine. They are actually hosted on my Microsoft CloudDrive. I'm not having problems running (macros I record) to or from the cloud drive... just the demos seem to have an issue (and only those three .js ones). The paths are set in my iMacro's plugin settings to th...

Simple Extraction Question. Back to Basics for me!

I used to be a very active member of the iMacro's for FF community back in 2008-2009 but I stopped using it for sometime for a few reasons. Partly because of frustration and partly because the site I was writing scripts on changed and I lost interest(in the site). Well now I have a new desire to aut...

Re: Uploading an image - help please!

Thank you Not at all, my pleasure. This seems like sarcasm and a shot at everyone here in the forums for not providing any help? If this is the case I'd like to add something here. 1) This program is free and so is the use of the forums here. Universal law holds true: You get what you pay for. If y...

Re: Possible to run script from desktop?

Given that you mentioned exe files I'm going to assume you are working on MS Windows machine. The short answer to your first question is yes it is possible. Is it as easy as calling iim code in a iMacros .js file? Absolutely not. Can you turn it into an exe? No. JavaScript is a scripting language. I...

Re: Add TrashCan Feature!

I think something like this was mentioned many many moons ago! :mrgreen: But I would much prefer a it just back it up a couple times such as a #Custom-prev(ious).iim and then a #Custom-last(chance).iim and then of course your most recent record #Custom.iim The way I started getting around this was w...

Re: open link in new tab javascript?

Try...

Code: Select all

var newTab;
    newTab = "CODE:";
    newTab += "TAB OPEN NEW" + "\n";
    newTab += "TAB T=2" + "\n";
    newTab += "TAG POS={{ITEM}} TYPE=A ATTR=HREF:http://google.com/*" + "\n";

Re: Facebook Group Delete post IF

Just looking through this on Facebook I can tell this would be daunting task. Here are the challenges I see. 1. you would have to loop through displaying the photos from the group photo page to extract the dates 2. you would have to parse the dates so that you can compare them. #Clicking on a Thumbn...

Re: how to make current tab private

If I understand what you are asking this is not really an option in the iMacro's plugin but more a set of options you need to set in Firefox. Try Tools>Options>Privacy> in FF. Here you can manage Private Browsing modes as well as Cookie acceptance policies. Any scripts you create or tabs you open sh...

I don't get the point of your post? Is this somehow a problem for you? Are you just posting it to let everyone else know? You are just sort of putting information out there with no question in your OP.

iMacros JS Demos fail to run

When I run the demos Self-Test.js, SI-Get-Exchange-Rate.js, & SI-Run-Test.js I get the following error code. [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80520001 (NS_ERROR_FILE_UNRECOGNIZED_PATH) [nsILocalFile.initWithPath]" nsresult: "0x80520001 (NS_ERROR_FILE_UNRECOGNIZED_PATH)" location: "J...

Re: Feature Requests & Bug Fix Requests. ADD YOURS!

Basically I think WAIT SECONDS should be replaced with something like TIMER1 TIMER2 etc. Until that may be included, you can use custom variables like "WAIT SECONDS={{mytimer1}}" and use "iimSet()" in a script to fill them. No I think you misunderstood me. This will not change the fact that only iM...

Re: imacros support for farmville (Facebook)

Umm is this official iOpus policy , besides if iOpus not going to ...someone else probably would, maybe just a matter of time. But I can tell you its not going to be a business... and especially not iOpus. It would not look good on them supporting or helping others to write macros that violate term...

This is a violation of Facebook's TOS. I doubt you will find much help to do that here.
