Re: Help to loop for specific times and not infinite

Hi frankhack1,

If you want to use totalPage as number and not as a string :

Code: Select all

var totalPage = parseInt(del2) ;

Re: unambiguous XPath expression

Hi connox ! It won't be easy to help without the html page. If all your div element don't have the same parent node, your expression will probably return to you the first div element for each different parent node, not only the first one. The extension XPath Checker (https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/fi...

Re: Relative Positioning Problem

Hi

Not sure of what you want to do, but i think you'd better use the LI tag instead of the UL tag and loop on this tag :

Code: Select all

extractCommentor += "TAG POS=" + cNum + " TYPE=LI ATTR=class:\"\"" + "\n";
extractCommentor += "TAG POS=R1 TYPE=A ATTR=CLASS:classToBeExtracted EXTRACT=TXT" + "\n";

Re: Save / Read a file

Hi brazoayeye !

Firefox is not able anymore to use java functionnality.
You can still read/write file and more using the browser's objects (Components).

You find more informations here : http://forum.imacros.net/viewtopic.php? ... ect#p50608

Hi !

No problem happens for me with the ONDOWNLOAD command adn Firefox 23, have you try without "WAIT=YES" ?

I don't use in my scripts, it seems to be the only difference.

iimSet ("-var_FILEROW", rowNumber) ;
while (iimPlay("MyMacros.iim"))
{
	rowNumber ++ ;
	iimSet ("-var_FILEROW", rowNumber) ;

Re: Is iMacros on Firefox detectable?

Hi ! If you want know someone in using iMacros on your website, I not sure that is possible. But if you want to insert a special code for your macro (for example to not count them in your stats), one solution is to modify your user agent. Re: How to Increment the TAG position automatically

You can use XPATH to reach the last address and then choose the next tag you need to use with the relative position (R=1 mean the next tag from my position) ' Reaching the last update link, use CONTENT=EVENT:MOUSEOVER to click on it TAG XPATH="id('idOfYourForm')/descendant::a[contains(.,'Update')][l...

Re: Firefox 16 remove support for "java" DOM object

@ Colibry, it's impossible to use java with iMacros since firefox 16, you'll have to use browser's objects (XPCOM components) instead. You'll find documentation at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/XPCOM. And for more about using it with javascript, just follow the links : https://developer.m...

The new version for the beta (http://wiki.imacros.net/iMacros_for_Fir ... on_History) solve this issue (and many others :D).

On my side, I still only have some small problems with javascript syntax which is more restrictive...

Re: Firefox 16 remove support for "java" DOM object

Hi, I just have a few minutes to have a look at my javascript's problems while playing js files. It appears that in FF18, javascript's syntax is more restrictive. Finally, I just changed setTimeout("alert('test');",15000) ; to window.setTimeout("alert('test');",15000) ; and xmlhttp=new XMLHttpReques...

I can't reproduce this issues in the new beta version :) : The following lines gave me "D:\iMacros\Downloads" var downPath = Components.classes['@mozilla.org/preferences-service;1'].getService(Components. interfaces.nsIPrefBranch).getCharPref('extensions.imacros.defdownpath') ; alert(downPath) ; But...
