Re: Getting content of link hovered by mouse

Hi, iMacros can extract the HREF of a link (see http://wiki.imacros.net/Data_Extraction ) but you have to tell iMacros which link beforehand and not by hovering your mouse. On the other hand, you can use your clipboard to pass to the macro the text which is shown and identifies the link you want. Fo...

Re: RuntimeError: element INPUT specified by ... not found

Hello, iMacros claim that it waits till the web page is completely loaded before doing any action on it. But here I see that even though the web page has the required button, iMacros perhaps times out and prints the above error message. Does it work if you add a rather long WAIT before that line? Ma...

Re: Limiting characters

Hi,

I suggest you handle the extract with EVAL before inputting it in the form.

Re: Help! JavaScript for loop extract , then finish

Hi, At each iimPlay, iMacros resets the extract contents. After you call the first iimPlay to extract something, if you do not save it somewhere in the same iimPlay, or recover it with iimGetLastExtract right after iimPlay, the extraction is lost. In your code, you are extracting something and disca...

Hello,

Does my test work for you? If yes, you could adapt it, line by line, to your case.

Re: 2 CSV File -> Firefox ok / IMacro Browser -> Error

Hi, My test works from 2 to the end. It skips only the first line (dummy) as desired: macro.iim SET !DATASOURCE one.csv SET !DATASOURCE_LINE 1 SET !VAR1 {{!COL1}}.{{!COL2}}.{{!COL3}} SET !DATASOURCE two.csv SET !LOOP 2 SET !DATASOURCE_LINE {{!LOOP}} SET !VAR2 {{!COL1}} URL GOTO={{!VAR1}}/{{!VAR2}} T...

Re: 2 CSV File -> Firefox ok / IMacro Browser -> Error

Hi, I think I understand the problem... I wrote a simple test macro and could reproduce the problem, for which I have logged a bug report (iim:1198). As a workaround, I suggest: Add a dummy line at the beginning of the second csv file (the one which is being looped) Add a SET !LOOP 2 before setting ...

Re: CSV file unusable on firefox but exploitable IMACRO8

Hello, I believe this is only because iMacros 8 trims all white spaces and does not use the quotes when they are not needed, while iMacros for Firefox leaves the white spaces and puts all entries between quotes. Both CSV files are usable and should be correctly interpreted by any application, like E...
