Use last TAGged object in script

Post by Scruff.R » Thu Nov 18, 2010 10:43 pm

Hi folks,
is there a direct way to use the last found TAG as an object for further processing in any scripting langauage (JS, VBS, ...)?
Or is the only way to use !TAGSOURCEINDEX and traverse the whole element tree to find this element?

If there is no "shortcut", that would be a cool feature - I think.

Cheers

Sorry Scruff, iMacros doesn't currently provide the ability to return a DOM element as an object to the scripting interface.

I'm sorry to hear that!
But would this not be a nice feature for future releases?

Thanks

I will add it to the list of features. If it looks like it'll help enough customers and we have the resources we may add it to the product in the future.
