I mean can any site, any organization but Firefox company to see if i have them installed?
Is any way to be able track to my web site if my visitors use iMacros?

There's not way to hide it completely. Especially if the site tracks the time a macro needs to perform certain actions.
For the iMacros browser, by default you see it in the browser identification string.
