Conditional catching errors

Post by sorcaMi » Tue Dec 10, 2013 5:15 pm

Hello,

First I'm using imacros plugin for Firefox.
So my question is : Let's say my macros get a RuntimeError Element not found... (Error code: -921).
How can I make my macros do another thing instead of stoping it's execution.
For example I would like my macros to go to http://google.com if it get a -921 error code is there any way(s) to do that ?

Thanks !!!

Hello!

Yes, use the built-in Javascript scripting interface interface to call your macros using iimPlay.

iimPlay returns the error code of the macro, and you can code your Javascript to either ignore or handle certain errors however you see fit.

Thanks!
Kind regards,
