for your stand alone program you say it is able to simulate IE so that a server doesn't know that it is not a human beeing that is visiting the website

what about the plugin for firefox? is a server able to find out i am using it?

Hello,

iMacros uses FF just like a human would do. This means that unless the server is equipped with additional bells and whistles (like checking the time, the "user" needs to select something, or identifying "illogical" actions", or detecting that the "user" performs his actions 24 hours a day) the server will not know.
