are there IF THEN ELSE statements in IMacros?




ect ?
so yeah is there anyway to do that? if not will it ever be implemented into IMacros?

iMacros supports a strict separation of programming logic and website related information. Therefore the macro file (=website related information) does not contain any conditional statements, but you can use the Scripting Interface for this purpose.

In the free iMacros for Firefox version you can use the built-in Javascript Scripting interface (SI). We included the "SI-Run-Test.js" and "SI-Send-Macro-Code.js" example files. These files use the iimPlay command to start the macros (.iim files).

In the commercial iMacros Scripting Edition you can use exactly the same commands from any programming language, for example Perl, VB or C#.
