How would I archive videos?

Post by addiktion » Tue May 29, 2007 10:19 am

How would I go about archiving some videos from my favorite sites? Would i have better success with a scripting version? Basically I want to extract the video content and save it to a directory and then i want to extract the video information and store it in a CSV file so I have a description of what the video is. Mostly I just want to do this for favorite videos I see on various video web pages I see out there.

This can be done. But for a more detailed feedback I would need to know with which sites you want work (Youtube? Facebook? iFilm? ...)
