Scripting Firefox shows Install Page

Post by leander » Wed Jun 06, 2007 8:43 pm

After installing the Beta scripting interface for FireFox and attempting to run a simple script via VB:

mycode = "URL GOTO=" + myURL + vbNewLine

iret = myIMacro.iimInit("-fx")
iret = iret = myIMacro.iimPlay("CODE:" + mycode)

FireFox activates with the following URL:

file:///C:/Program%20Files/iMacros/Welcome_plugin.htm?authorizeAll=false&pipeUuid=f799df79-0f2d-409a-8e49-1faf9bff2c89

displaying content including the following:

[This page appears only until you start your first macro.]

Welcome to the iMacros Browser Plug-In!

*Installation completed*

How do I actually get the macro to automatically run?

A few questions:

1. Are you using iMacros V6 Beta 2?

2. Did you install iMacros for Firefox V0.8.0.2 or higher?
