iMacros EOL - Attention!

The renewal maintenance has officially ended for Progress iMacros effective November 20, 2023 and all versions of iMacros are now considered EOL (End-of-Life). The iMacros products will no longer be supported by Progress (aside from customer license issues), and these forums will also no longer be moderated from the Progress side.

Thank you again for your business and support.

Sincerely,

Detecting iMacros

Post by Kei179 » Tue Jan 19, 2021 12:13 am

Hello!

I have got question about detecting iMacros in Firefox. I'm moderator in one of the website game and we have banned using iMacros. Are there any option how we can detect that user is using iMacros? Without analize the user's logs with actions time?

Hum, sounds like a Fun Game then...! :) , what's the Name/URL of your Game...? :P
- (F)CI(M) = (Full) Config Info (Missing): iMacros + Browser + OS (+ all 3 Versions + 'Free'/'PE'/'Trial').
- FCI not mentioned: I don't even read the Qt...! (or only to catch Spam!)
- Script & URL help a lot for more "educated" Help...

There is no direct method to check if an add-on is installed or not without your own browser addon. But workarounds for iMacros thinkable.
