Datasource CSV data extraction error

I am working on refreshing my resume multiple times so i was using this macro code, initially it worked perfectly but now i am getting the problem.

1st time it is working perfect, when it executes 2nd time it is not detecting the csv file information and unable to enter the login id and password. Please help me with the right solution.
