Copy and Paste

Post by aronowdc » Tue Jan 03, 2017 10:44 pm

Hey everyone,

I'm new to this so please excuse me if this is an amateurish question but how do you get iMacros Chrome plugin to recognize the copy and paste keystrokes?

what I'm trying to do is:
1. within my CRM, go into a client's chart
2. copy the client's "policy #"
3. add a second payment entity
4. paste the original policy number
5. repeat for 1000+ clients

The area where my macro seems to fail is with copying the original policy number. The program only copies the policy number of the client that I record the process on, then attempts to copy that number into all of the other charts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
