Wanted to know how can i run a .js file in iMacros or where can i use it.

No you can't afaik, '.js' Scripts only run in Macros for FF, and I guess it's documented in about 20 places in the Wiki + FAQ + Forum...

... Or you need to use the Scripting Interface and find some "external" Compiler the Scripting Interface can communicate with and that could execute JavaScript Scripts, like for VBS/Python/C++/C#/etc Scripts..., but I've never seen any Thread on the Forum about a Config/Solution to run '.js' Scripts in any Browser other than FF...
- (F)CIM = (Full) Config Info Missing: iMacros + Browser + OS with all 3 Versions...
- I usually don't even read the Question if that (required) Info is not mentioned...
- Script & URL usually help a lot for a more "educated" Help...
