iMacros EOL - Attention!

The renewal maintenance has officially ended for Progress iMacros effective November 20, 2023 and all versions of iMacros are now considered EOL (End-of-Life). The iMacros products will no longer be supported by Progress (aside from customer license issues), and these forums will also no longer be moderated from the Progress side.

Thank you again for your business and support.

Sincerely,

Hum, still didn't manage to read the Forum Rules, I see, for what kind of Tech Info to include when you open a Thread...

You can put a Question Mark to your Thread Title(s) when you are asking a Qt..., you are not sharing a 'HowTo'...

But yep, what you want comes from the 'iimDisplay()' Command, which is only supported from '.js' Script wen using iMacros for FF until v9.0.3, or when using the Scripting Interface from the 'Enterprise Edition'...

BUT..., it is possible to deliberately trigger a RuntimeError in the Green iMacros Side-Panel to display some mini-Report for example, by firing a 'MacroError()' at the end of your Script and that should work in all Versions/Browsers, I think... (I use it myself on FF with v8.8.2 + v8.9.7.) 8)

But you need to make sure to place it at the end of your Script, as the 'MacroError()' will "unmistakenly" abort your Macro, you cannot use it to display stg while your Macro is still running, like 'iimDisplay()' does..., or at least I didn't manage to get that Functionality...
One of the (intermediary) Beta Versions during the Beta Testing Process for v10.0.2 for FF was "able" to display "intermediary" RuntimeErrors (prevented by '!ERRORIGNORE') while still running, so I guess it could have worked in that Version, but that Behaviour was later prevented (by @Dev, and thus by Design) in some next Beta and thus in the "Final" v10.0.2 for FF that then was released...
- (F)CI(M) = (Full) Config Info (Missing): iMacros + Browser + OS (+ all 3 Versions + 'Free'/'PE'/'Trial').
- FCI not mentioned: I don't even read the Qt...! (or only to catch Spam!)
- Script & URL help a lot for more "educated" Help...
