Can't record clicks?

Post by ddchb » Mon Sep 27, 2021 8:09 pm

Hi! Totally new user here. I found on this page https://wiki.imacros.net/First_Steps under "What's a Recording Mode?":

It is important to note that the primary way iMacros records your interaction with a web page is by recording your mouse clicks on the various web page elements.

However when I click on things nothing is added to the recording commands.

Please see this screencast video showing results here: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/crQtYhV65XC

And you can see my settings under Manage > Settings here: https://i.stack.imgur.com/pHS0v.png

I am using Chrome extension and Windows 10.

Thanks! =)

Hi,
I usually pause the record and set the recording mode to "event" when I need to record every single click (e.g.: to activate a disable button).
I don't use the chrome extension, so I'm not sure that it's going to work... Just give it a try
