Save PDF on different tabs

Post by m4rco » Mon Mar 10, 2008 12:41 pm

Hi all.
I've a problem:
Suppose this scenario: On the main page of the Demo-SavePDF macro, open the link "Open small PDF Document" in a new tab.
Then i try to save it whith this simple macro :

ONDOWNLOAD FOLDER=* FILE=+_{{!NOW:yyyymmdd_hhnnss}}
TAB T=2
SAVEITEM

..Crash! imacros crash drammatically writing this line on his log:
Non-HTML document "URL=http://www.iopus.com/imacros/demo/v6/pd ... 20Test.pdf"

I just know that i can fix this by using CONTENT=EVENT:SAVETARGETAS but in the my webapplication (that i can't post it here because it's password protected) the only way that i have to open the pdf document is through the DirectScreen Technologies. So when i click to the "open pdf" button,it open automatically a new tab (the app is programmed for open new windows..)

Any helps?

thanx a lot.
bye

I have the same problem. I'm running 6.90

TAG POS=1 ..... PDF download button
TAB T=2
SAVEITEM <--- CRASH

Any ideas?

Oh and the EVENT:SAVETARGETAS solution doesn't work either.
