Cannot initialize plugin, plus magical expanding window

Post by soleilnyc » Tue Aug 16, 2011 10:37 am

I am running Chromium 12.0.742.112 (90304) on Ubuntu 11.04 with the latest version of imacros on the extensions gallery.
When I click to initialize, it gives me the above message, and the window containing it slowly expands by a few pixels non-stop until it is full screen. There are no problems closing or clicking out of the window.
All demo macros worked perfectly, I just can't record.

Hello soleilnyc,

We are currently aware of this issue, thank you for reporting it also. Question: are you running a 64-bit version of Ubuntu?

You're welcome, Tom and, yes, it is 64-bit.

It's been a year since this post, I'm getting this can't initialize plugin error running Chromium 23.0.1270.0 dev and Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS (64 bit version). Is this still the same issue or a new one?
