Need help with YouTube Annotations

Post by LightYarn » Sun Oct 07, 2012 7:45 am

Hello everyone :)

I would like to use iMacros for an automated creation of my YouTube-Annotations. It works quite well, besides one little thing: The script won't change the start- and end-point of the annotations. The values are stored like a timecode "0:00:00.0" standing for hours:minutes:seconds.frames.

The macro is actually changing the displayed values in the input boxes but nothing happens when I confirm and save the annotation.... it just changes back to a standard value. If I change them manually everything works fine :-/

Here is the script I'm working with:

Code: Select all

VERSION BUILD=5110613 RECORDER=CR
TAG POS=1 TYPE=BUTTON ATTR=ID:annotator-button-add
TAG POS=1 TYPE=LI ATTR=TXT:Notiz
TAG POS=1 TYPE=TEXTAREA ATTR=* CONTENT=Annotation
TAG POS=1 TYPE=BUTTON ATTR=TXT:Normal
TAG POS=1 TYPE=LI ATTR=TXT:Effekt
TAG POS=5 TYPE=SPAN ATTR=CLASS:annotation-select-arrow
TAG POS=10 TYPE=SPAN ATTR=CLASS:select-color-span
TAG POS=2 TYPE=INPUT:TEXT ATTR=* CONTENT=0:00:00.0
TAG POS=3 TYPE=INPUT:TEXT ATTR=* CONTENT=0:00:15.0
TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:CHECKBOX ATTR=ID:checkbox_1 CONTENT=YES
TAG POS=1 TYPE=BUTTON ATTR=TXT:Video
TAG POS=1 TYPE=SPAN ATTR=TXT:Abonnieren
TAG POS=4 TYPE=INPUT:TEXT ATTR=* CONTENT=LightY4rn

==> TAG POS=2 TYPE=INPUT:TEXT ATTR=* CONTENT=0:00:00.0
==>TAG POS=3 TYPE=INPUT:TEXT ATTR=* CONTENT=0:00:15.0

These two shall define the start and end point of the annotation....but it doesn't work. Any Ideas why or what to do about this?
I also attached an image for better understanding

Thank you

P.S.: I'm German, please excuse my English if it might seem a bit chaotic
