Active script on specific URL?

Is it possible to activate a macro when on a specific website?
Like

Let's assume that your specific website has a specific element on the page. For instance the title named "Some specific title". In this case you can make the macro wait until it appears and then continue with other commands.

TAG POS=1 TYPE=TITLE ATTR=TXT:"Some specific title"
