Runtime error: Tag can't find correct element

Post by jpg0002 » Fri Jan 15, 2010 3:37 pm

Hello, I was wondering if this is a bug or something I can fix on my own.

I get this runtime error:
RuntimeError: element FONT specified by TXT:QinetiQOutlookWebAccess was not found, line: 7

when I run the following macro:
VERSION BUILD=1041214 RECORDER=CR
URL GOTO=https://connect.qinetiq-na.com/my.logon.php3?check=1
TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:TEXT FORM=NAME:e1 ATTR=NAME:username CONTENT=<login name>
SET !ENCRYPTION NO
TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:PASSWORD FORM=NAME:e1 ATTR=NAME:password CONTENT=<password>
TAG POS=1 TYPE=INPUT:SUBMIT FORM=NAME:e1 ATTR=ID:submitform
TAG POS=1 TYPE=FONT ATTR=TXT:QinetiQ<SP>Outlook<SP>Web<SP>Access
TAB T=2

Some notes:
I successfully recorded and ran this same sequence in FireFox (it has the exact same code except for version build and recorder, obviously).
I recorded this with Chrome 4.0.295.0 dev.
I tried manually changing to the HREF attribute, but as you can see in the page source fragment, the HREF is a javascript call rather than a well-formed URL, so that didn't work either (but we can troubleshoot that another time).

Here is the applicable fragment of page source:
<table width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="0">

As a test, does this macro work in iMacros for Firefox?
