Purchased but unable to download

Post by lisaliza » Tue Jan 12, 2021 6:34 am

I have purchased the iMacros Personal Edition a few days ago.
I have also registered for a Progress ID.
But I am not able to login as I keep getting "Authentication Failed" error.

I have sent a similar help message to support but not getting any reply.

Out of desperation, I have installed the trial version and activated it with my activation key.
All is still fine until I get an error message while trying to perform a script to upload a file.
'RuntimeError: File upload is not supported in this version, line: 31

Pls help.
Thanks.

Hi lisaliza,

Are you using iMacros for Firefox? Unfortunately, file uploads are currently not supported in the latest version of iMacros for Firefox. Please try using iMacros for Chrome instead.
