How to determine the printer number

Post by Tom, Tech Support » Fri Apr 15, 2011 11:55 pm

You can specify the printer to use with the iMacros ONPRINT command.

When you record a macro and select the Print command (either from the Tasks drop-down list on the Recording tab or from the main menu select Recording - Print), iMacros will present the print dialog and give you the option to choose the printer. The printer number corresponds to the position of the printer in the "Select printer" drop-down as shown in the following screenshot.

In this example, the printer "Fax" is printer 1 (P=1) and the "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" is printer 2 (P=2).
