How about the above issues?
I have not seen any article that discuss the legal and copy right issues on the use of web-mining technique for data/picture extraction, have you?

We can not give legal advice. But copyright applies no matter how you download or extract data. In other words, it does not matter if you download data in 10 mins using Internet Macros or om 10 hours doing it manually :) You must always check with the website and/or copyright owner.
