imacros for Linux

I am attempting to use the imacros for Linux found here The system is Centos 7 and the uname -r returns 3.10.0-123.13.2.el7.x86_64 and rpm -qi python shows 2.7.5-16 . However the running of and errors with the following:

ERROR: ./ wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "./", line 3, in <module>
iret = imacros.iimInit("-fx", True)
File "/windows/E/Software/imacros/imacros-linux-v1.00/", line 172, in iimInit
rv = __ftbl.im_Init(,,\
AttributeError: __FuncTable instance has no attribute 'im_Init'

would this be beacuse of the lack of 64 bit known issue or something else?
