Running iMacros 12.6 automatically after VM Server (Windows Server 2016)restart

Post by mbarrachina » Wed Jun 02, 2021 8:18 am

Hi guys,

I need some help to start iMacros after having the monthly update restart of our VM (Windows Server 2013).

Normally everything runs fine, we are running several scripts periodically 24/7/365. But once a month the a.m. server will be updated with newest Microsoft updates and restarted. So i would like to run iMacros 12.6 as a Windows service or similar to ensure that we will not have an interruption. I looked already in iMacros Wiki and found some information but it didn't help a lot.

What I would need is Step-By-Step guide what to do for:

- Login automatically into Windows Server 2016
- Start our Batch file for running iMacros 12.6
- Avoid Black Screens as we are doing also some screenshots in case of errors

What do you think? Is it possible?

Thanks a lot!

Hum..., you could better have opened this Thread in the 'Command Line & Scripting Interface' Sub-Forum to ensure to "reach" the "correct" Specialists...
(I'll ping @TechSup to move the Thread...)

"I looked already in iMacros Wiki and found some information but it didn't help a lot."
=> Well, you could already mention which Pages/Links you checked, but have a look at those...:
- How can I set up a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (non-stop) operation with iMacros?
- Does iMacros support checkpoints?
- Start iMacros as a Windows Service
- How to run iMacros unattended
- How to avoid black screenshots
- (F)CI(M) = (Full) Config Info (Missing): iMacros + Browser + OS (+ all 3 Versions + 'Free'/'PE'/'Trial').
- FCI not mentioned: I don't even read the Qt...! (or only to catch Spam!)
- Script & URL help a lot for more "educated" Help...
