An easier way to handle +50 browsers?

Post by Ruriko » Wed Aug 13, 2014 12:12 pm

I run imacros on 50 different firefox profiles and I was wondering if there is a easier way to open all 50 firefox profiles? since it's tiring to manually open each of them

FCIM...!

Yep, open them all with a BAT File... (And you can put a Delay between each Profile being launched.)
- (F)CI(M) = (Full) Config Info (Missing): iMacros + Browser + OS (+ all 3 Versions + 'Free'/'PE'/'Trial').
- FCI not mentioned: I don't even read the Qt...! (or only to catch Spam!)
- Script & URL help a lot for more "educated" Help...

Howdie... You've been using iMacros since 2007, you've already posted 100+ times on the Forum, and you don't know what a BAT File is...!? => Have you ever read any other Forum Thread apart from the Questions you may have asked...? (I haven't checked your Threads yet...)

And "CIM" is a Question, answer that first...! (I shouldn't have to ask, you are definitely now a Newbie on the Forum...!)

"BAT File" = "Batch File"... => "DOS Batch File"..., sorry google it, I'm speechless, search the Forum as well...

But you got me interested... Could you elaborate a little bit on what you've been doing for the last 7 years with iMacros and how you used iMacros in those 7 years...? (With that kind of Experience, you should be answering all Questions on the Forum, like me...!)

I may be registered for 7 years but it doesn't mean I've been using imacros for all those years. I just rarely use it. I only use it when I need to which is 70% time never

Code: Select all

cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\
start firefox.exe -p -no-remote "imeetzu" imacros://run/?m=imeetzu-main.js
SLEEP 5
start firefox.exe -p -no-remote "imeetzu2" imacros://run/?m=imeetzu-main2.js
SLEEP 5
start firefox.exe -p -no-remote "imeetzu3" imacros://run/?m=imeetzu-main3.js

Very good, that's exactly what I meant..., even if I would think it's

Code: Select all

start firefox.exe -no-remote -P "imeetzu" imacros://run/?m=imeetzu-main.js
instead of

Code: Select all

start firefox.exe -p -no-remote "imeetzu" imacros://run/?m=imeetzu-main.js
... and I use TIMEOUT myself instead of SLEEP, but it's the same result...
