This can be done very easily with a TAG command. You create such a TAG command it by simplying "clicking" on any word in your website. This should not be a link, but just some simple text or phrase that is unique to your website.
If the browser shows a 404 page this (key)word is not found and an error is created. For the iOpus.com homepage such a macro would look like this:
